The Phoenician Spa operates on a cashless basis. Payments may be made via credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) or charged to your room.
The Couples Massage cannot be booked online. Please call to reserve this service.
For groups larger than 4, please call for reservations assistance.
The Expectant Mother Massage is not availabile until after completing the first 13 weeks of pregnancy.
A minimum 4-hour notice must be given to cancel or amend any reserved appointment.
If you are not feeling well and less notice is given, the cancellation fee will be waived.
Missed appointments without proper notice are subject to the full treatment price.
Spa services are available to guests 18 years and older. Identification may be required.
