The boulders on this property are 1.45 billion years old and have played host to many nomadic Native American tribes throughout the centuries. Each of the traveling groups has left their mark on the rock outcroppings in the way of graphic Petroglyphs. Rounded forms dominate the home, harmonizing the gigantic boulders with smaller-scale architectural features. Boulders unite the interior and exterior separated only by thermal glazing. Like its ancestors, the Boulder House seems a secure haven from the world beyond its walls. The interior of the home with the living room furniture removed can accommodate up to 60 guests.

The large wrap around patio of the home can accommodate up to 100 guests.

A private villa of exquisite grandeur and brilliant design, Bramasole exudes strong Mediterranean influences over two acres. The beauty of the Sonoran desert lies just beyond the expansive windows, and the views from the second floor viewing deck are breathtaking. A classic swimming pool and Jacuzzi highlight a backyard with a Cabana and fireplace, and the property is well covered in cooling green spaces.

Operation Military Care
Operation Military Care is an impactful program. Participants will build care packages for deployed troops to include items such as lip balm, activity books, cards, socks and snacks. All of the items will be selected by the branch of service that the packages will go to. The teams will write a personal note for their package, and have their pictures taken to go along with the notes.

Bike Building
Participants will be divided into teams with the objective of building two child sized bikes: one for a boy and one for a girl. On behalf of your company, these bikes can be donated to a charity of your choosing. To start, each team will be given a packet explaining the rules and objectives along with all needed supplies and materials to finish their tasks. Teams will then create a team cheer to perform in front of our panel of judges and the other teams. Afterward teams will participate in a giant trike race to complete this fun and exciting experience.

Mural Masterpiece
Working together on up to 20 pre-drawn canvases, teams will paint colorful prints that combine to form one beautiful mural. This truly creative session also has a philanthropic twist. The finished works of art can be displayed back in the workplace or can be donated to charitable organizations such as children hospitals, adoption centers, women and family shelters, or even pet rescue facilities.

Community Action Projects
Community Service projects are a great way to span the communication barriers, develop trust and camaraderie within the group as well as having participants work together to accomplish one common goal: giving to the community in an unselfish way. Hello! Arizona will coordinate with various area non-profit organizations to create projects for the group. Each project is designed to be approximately 2-3 hours long with tasks that all the participants can complete. The various projects will be coordinated to insure that the organizations have enough jobs and tasks available for the number of participants. The group will be provided the materials and supplies, tools and expertise.

Dog House Building
In this team building activity, teams will work together to build a dog house from scratch. Teams will answer trivia questions and take their answers to a supply station and receive dog house parts. Teams will also engage in physical activities to earn charitable items, such items are pet toys and food.

Helping Hands
Assist in making prosthetic hands that will be fitted and given to children and adults worldwide. Teams receive an easy-to-use, step-by-step Build-a-Hand kit. The kit includes a guide to each portion of the program and the pieces to each prosthetic limb.

Old Town Scottsdale Photo Scavenger Hunt
Take an historic trip to Old Town Scottsdale where participants will get a fun, fast paced history lesson about Scottsdale’s roots. Each team will have a Hunt List that will detail everything they will need to look for on their hunt. They will also have a team packet smart phone, maps and their first clue. Once the team finds out where a location is, an item is, or how to do something asked on the list, they must answer questions on the phone or take photos.

Team Orienteering
Ever wonder if you could ind your way back to civilization if you were dropped off in the middle of the desert? When you complete this event you will walk away with the skills and confidence to know you could be a survivor! Learn about the desert, its plants, its mountains and its history, all while you compete against your peers in this highly interactive event. Navigate through pristine wilderness, pose for a picture next to a giant saguaro cactus and celebrate victory all in two to four hours!

The Amazing Race
Your group will be split into teams designated by either a team color or a team country. Each team will be given a team packet and a passport. Equipped with only what is in their team packet, what they have on their person and a vehicle (amazing race can be done on hotel property by foot), teams attempt to make it to destinations in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler or different destinations throughout the resort. Clues and a map will lead teams to where they need to be and what “souvenir” they need to get at each location.

Southwestern Salsa and Margarita Challenge
Let us take your group and turn them into master bartenders and southwestern chefs as they mix their favorite margaritas and make homemade salsa! Teams will also create a label for their salsa, name their margarita and present the margarita and salsa in a commercial to a panel of judges. Our official tasting judges will be judging each team on taste of salsa and margarita, label design, commercial and overall presentation. A combined score from the judges will give us our “champions” of the day who will walk away with a themed prize.

The Lost Dutchman’s Desert Jeep Rally
Round these parts there’s a legend ‘bout some gold buried by a Dutchman lost in the desert mountains. We’ve located a map, and we’ll give your participants the opportunity to ind the treasure! Using a unique packet of hilarious, innovative clues, desert trekkies team-up and head thru the gauntlet north to south, up and down, and through tricky trail hijinks as they get closer and closer to discovering the secret of the Lost Dutchman’s treasure. The packet contains desert trivia and instructions for the team including how to create a team song – all to be judged and graded at days’ end with prizes awarded.
