Inspiring Space
Integrating the stunning Valley views into its inviting, soft modern design, the restaurant features an interior dominated by warm, natural materials and a rich, full palate of colors inspired by steak and wine. A tempesta onyx wrap-around bar provides a contemporary prelude to dinner in the main room, or in one of two private dining areas. Chef Jacques Qualin
Acclaimed as a “master of his art,” Jacques Qualin returns to the Jean-Georges family, where in 1998 he served as First Sous Chef at the now legendary Five Diamond/Five Star Jean Georges in New York. Valentine's Day Dinner
Offering two special evenings for seating's: Monday, February 13th - $55 per person | Tuesday, February 14th - $65 per person
Enjoy a four-course menu with selections that include Dungeness "Black Pepper" Crab Fritters; Warm Oyster with Basil Cream and Potato Crumbs; Roasted Beet Salad with Endive, Walnut and Goat Cheese Fondue; as well as a Rose Macaroon with Vanilla Parfait, Raspberries and Candied Rose Petals. We will have wonderful wine selections available for pairing on both evenings, and will also be featuring one of our signature cocktails, the Amelia. True love in a glass, this cocktail blends vodka, elderflower liqueur, blackberry puree and lemon juice, served up with a twist. As usual, our full a la carte menu will also be available.
