Couple’s Getaway at The Phoenician

We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale. My boyfriend and I had four relaxing and romantic days at the resort and we enjoyed every second.
On our first day, we decided to spend our time at the Mother of Pearl Pool. We ordered the Chicken Quesadillas from Kalio Kabobery, which were extremely tasty, and enjoyed soaking up the sun while admiring the picturesque views of Camelback Mountain.
For dinner, we went to Mowry & Cotton and ordered the Hangar steak and housemade Phoenician Iced Tea. It was absolutely delicious and we decided to go back for breakfast the next morning. Breakfast at this place was phenomenal, especially the Avocado Toast and Açaí Bowl – some of the best I’ve ever had.
We also did a spa day at the three-story Phoenician Spa where we had our own cabana at the rooftop pool and amazing spa treatments, which was awesome. We ordered lunch and had it delivered to the pool, where we enjoyed a bite to eat before going downstairs to relax in the luxurious amenities, like the Vitality Pool and sauna and steam rooms. The Phoenician Spa is absolutely stunning and we had a great time at this place – we did not want to leave!
In the evening, we decided to wind down on our Casita guestroom patio and order In-Room Dining. We had a bottle of wine and various small bites delivered to us and we loved relaxing around the firepit outside our room. My boyfriend and I totally enjoyed these moments and had an awesome experience dining al fresco from the comfort of our own patio. The firepit created a truly magical ambiance and we loved looking up at the stars in the sky!
The next evening, we dined at The Phoenician Tavern. We decided to go for the ribs with crispy sweet potato fries and the Tavern Burger with Garlic-Parmesan fries. We absolutely loved the positive atmosphere and had a wonderful evening as a couple – especially during the Dueling Pianos performance which happens every Saturday night!
Overall, we loved our stay. Every single staff member of the resort is extremely friendly and sympathetic. We really liked our romantic getaway at The Phoenician and we are looking forward to our next visit
