Bubbles and Berries:

A saboring presentation and taste of The Phoenician’s private label Guet Blanc de Noirs paired with a lesson of chocolate dipping techniques from Patry Sous Chef, Ashley Winters.

All Levels Yoga and Drum Circle:

Experience a unique yoga class accompanied by rhythmic drumming and a soothing sound bath. Connect through movement and sound – creating a holistic mind-body experience.

Yoga Class – Intentional Flow:

Accessible to all levels of practice, this class will blend physical alignment, breath work, and movement to intentionally open your heart and your mind.

Meditation, Sound Therapy & Journaling:

Immerse yourself in deep self-reflection as you center your mind and relax your body with guided meditation and soothing sound therapy. Let the experience gently guide your thoughts and emotions onto the pages of your journal, creating a pathway to inner clarity and peace.
