The fitness center is available 24 hours a day and includes free weights and a complete circuit training system. Cardiovascular equipment looks out over lush lawns and shimmering pools set against the dramatic backdrop of Camelback Mountain. Stay entertained during your workout with top-of-the-line audio-visual technology.
- All guests with a salon or spa appointment may enjoy complimentary spa amenities, fitness center and fitness classes.
Children 14 years and younger are not permitted to participate in fitness classes without adult supervision.
3-D Abs – 50 Minutes
Focused workout on back and abdominal muscles, this work out will tone your stomach and to you ready for swimsuit season
Aqua Yoga – 45 Minutes
This all levels yoga class will keep you relaxed as you flow with, and are supported by the element of water. Meet in the Spa Lobby.
Camelback Hike – 120 Minutes
A guided, leisurely journey up the majestic mountain along the Cholla Trailhead, where you will enjoy nature’s bounty as well as awe-inspiring views. Total distance is 1.5 miles to the summit. Appropriate attire and water are required. Meet at the entrance to the Fitness Center. Limited to 6 guests, reservations required. Offered seasonally, inquire within.
Cardio Circuit – 50 Minutes
Full body workout, increments of cardio blast.
Functional Stretch – 50 Minutes
Full body stretching, including use of yoga straps, workout ball, and occasional use of foam rollers to loosen and relieve stress of the body.
Meditation – 50 Minutes
Increase awareness and relieve stress. Meet at the Meditation Atrium. Limited space, reservations required.
OutFIT – 50 minutes
Use nature as the gym in this full body, outdoor fitness boot camp. Weather permitting.
Power Yoga – 75 Minutes
An athletic and energetic flow class with special attention to breathing.
Relax Yoga – 75 Minutes
Restorative/Yin Yoga releases tension in the body and mind by moving into deeply-held poses. Practice the mantra of breath – nurture – restore – relax
Yoga for Everybody – 75 Minutes
All levels of yoga blended to fit all styles.
Yoga Walk – 60 Minutes
Explore the beautiful resort grounds by power walking across our vast property. Stopping at the most scenic spots to enjoy yoga stretches, breathing exercises and meditation techniques.
Zumba – 50 Minutes
Fusion of Latin and international music, creating a dynamic fitness experience.
