Cool Down with The Phoenician’s Signature Summer Cocktails!

Summer is heating up, so cool down with one of The Phoenician’s four signature cocktails!  These refreshing libations are perfect for hot, sunny days and are available throughout the resort until September 3 for $9.

Tito’s Moscow Mule:

•           2 oz Tito’s Vodka

•           Juice of 1 lime

•           Ginger Beer to fill

In a water glass filled with ice, add vodka, juice of ½ a lime, and fill with ginger beer.  Add juice of the other lime ½ and garnish with a lime wedge.

Jose Cuervo Traditional Margarita:

•           2 oz Jose Cuervo Traditional Tequila

•           ¼ oz Cointreau

•           Sweet and sour to fill

•           Juice of 2 lime wedges

Nothing beats an ice-cold margarita on a hot day and we make ours to perfection! In a shaker filled with ice, add tequila, Cointreau, sweet and sour and squeeze two lime wedges before dropping the limes into the shaker. Shake until chilled, pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

Bacardi Mojito:

•           2 oz Bacardi Superior Rum

•           ½ oz of simple syrup

•           5 mint leaves

•           2 lime wedges

•           Soda water to fill

This minty treat is a summer classic that is sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated. In an empty rocks glass, add simple syrup, mint, lime, ice and rum. Stir until chilled and top with soda water.  Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy!

Jack Collins:

•           2 oz Jack Daniel’s Whiskey

•           1 oz simple syrup

•           1 oz sweet and sour

•           Soda water to fill

In a shaker filled with ice, add whiskey, simple syrup, sweet and sour and shake until well chilled. Strain into a water glass filled with ice and top with soda. Garnish with a cherry and a lemon wedge.
