Ballpark Strawberry Lemonade

In celebration of America’s favorite pastime, The Phoenician has crafted four of our very own Spring Training inspired cocktails! These delicious creations are the perfect post-game treat for baseball fans and are available throughout the resort.  Guests can also join us at Grape & Grain on Saturdays during March from 3 p.m.- 4 p.m. for complimentary tastings and bartending secrets.

Ballpark Strawberry Lemonade:

  • 2oz Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka
  • 2 Muddled Strawberries
  • 2oz Sweet & Sour
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • Lemonade to fill

Picture your favorite ballpark lemonade-with a twist!  In an empty shaker, muddle strawberries, add vodka, sweet & sour, simple syrup and shake with ice.  Add all ingredients to a water glass and fill with lemonade. Garnish this refreshing treat with a lemon wedge.

Cotton Candy Crush:

  • 2oz Pinnacle Cotton Candy Vodka
  • 1oz Prickly Pear Syrup
  • Lemonade to fill

Add all to a shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into a rock glass with ice.

Louisville Slugger Sour:

  • 2oz Makers Mark
  • 1oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 2oz lemonade

In an empty shaker, muddle lemons with simple syrup, add ice, Makers Mark, lemonade and shake until chilled.  Pour into a rock glass and serve.  This drink is a home run!

Dback Paloma:

  • 2oz El Tesoro Repo Tequila
  • 2 muddled jalapeño slices
  • 1oz Sweet & Sour
  • 3oz grapefruit juice
  • Sprite to fill

In honor of our hometown team, we have created a drink as bold and unique as the Southwest. Muddle jalapeño with sweet & sour in a shaker, add ice, tequila, grapefruit juice and shake until cold. Pour into a water glass filled with ice and finish with Sprite.
